The Erica Diamond Podcast

Apr 12, 2021

Episode Summary

Welcome to Season 3 of The Erica Diamond Podcast!

Today’s episode is care of a social media app that you might have heard me speak about a lot lately. Yup, you guessed it, Clubhouse!

What I love about this app is, you can photoshop your wrinkles, or you can filter out your cellulite on Instagram, but you can’t photoshop your soul, or your voice. Voices and vibes don't often lie.

When I hear Dana speak, her energy literally jumps out of my phone. On today's episode, Dana (pronounced Donna) is here to teach us how to gain confidence, how to show up and speak up. Today's episode is about how to find our voice and how to shine in social media and in life.

In This Episode

  • To understand the fireball that you are today, we have to go back to the beginning. Talk to me about your childhood. You shared something very vulnerable recently about how you grew up as a little girl. Maybe you can share how you think that impacted the woman you are today.

  • You help people gain confidence and show up for their lives. What can you share for our listeners who say “I wish I had Donna’s confidence. How can I get me some?" What would you say to them? Please share some tips.

  • Talk to me about your thoughts on being vulnerable and why that’s such an integral part of success. One would think vulnerability is weakness. Talk to me about its strength.

  • What have your learned by showing up on Instagram every single day for the past few years. What have you learned about people?

  • For our female entrepreneurs or women who have to show up on camera on social media for their businesses, or who even have to public speak as part of their jobs, WHAT ARE YOUR BEST TIPS to present, to be a great speaker and show up as naturally as you do?

  • Talk to me work life balance or as I like to call it worklife harmony. How do you make it all happen?

  • Let’s talk Clubhouse, and let’s tell everyone why they should be there!

  • When are you at your happiest?

  • When are you at your most vulnerable

  •  What would you tell your younger self?

  • What's still on your Bucket List?
  •

    Okay quick

    Coffee or tea.

    Beach or lake

    Netflix or book

    Early bird or night owl.

    Best book you ever read.

You have to sing a karaoke song, what is it?
